This dress is made from a soft light weight polka dot cotton. It features a tiered ruffle skirt. The dress is fully lined in 100% cotton and has a zipper closure in the back. It is embellished with a red ribbon sash that ties in the front. The color of the sash can be changed to suit your needs.
