Policies and Procedures

 

         Payments

                     Because each of our pieces are made to order, all purchases must be paid in full before any production can

                     begin. We accept Paypal as payment, and after all customization talks have been completed, you will be sent

                     an invoice.

 

         Delivery

                     All pieces will be shipped out between 6-8 weeks.Should they be needed, give yourself time for alterations

                     by a tailor or seamstress, pieces should be ordered 8-10 weeks before the event for children and 10-12

                     weeks for adults. Children's shipping rates will be from $10-$20 and for women's, $15-$25. If you need rush

                     orders, please see below about our rates.

                     If you are purchasing from outside the US, please inquire about rates for shipping. A separate invoice will

                     have to be emailed to you.

 

         Rush Orders

                    For deliveries under 6 weeks, there will be a $25 charge per piece.

                    For deliveries under 4 weeks, there will be a $50 charge per piece.

                    Anything less then 2 full weeks will not be able to be processed. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

         Returns

                    Because our pieces are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

         Cancellations

                    If you need to cancel an order, it must be made before fabric is cut. After that, we cannot issue a cancellation.

                    If you cancel before the fabric is cut, money will be refunded excluding a $40 processing fee.

 

         Fabrics and Swatches

                    We offer a wide range of colors and fabrics and will work with the client to get the selections desired to suit

                    your needs. Due to variations in monitors, fabric colors may be slightly different than shown. Swatch samples

                    are prefered to verify color. Please contact for swatch samples.

 

         Sizing

                    All of our pieces are ordered by standard sizes only. Please refer to our sizing chart for clarification on the

                    proper size you should purchase. If you are remotely uncertain as how to measure, we recommend going

                    to a professional tailor or seamstress. When you have acurate measurements, select the appropriate size.

                    If you fall between sizes, choose the next size up. It is always easier to take it in, than to let it out. Verify

                    that you have measured correctly. If another dress is needed due to incorrect measurements, a new dress

                    will be charged full price.

         Alterations

                    Beane and Co does not offer any alterations. We create our pieces to standard sizes, therefore some

                    alterations will be required. We are not responsible for alterations made by someone else after you have

                    received your piece. Choose a professional tailor or seamstress.
